Annie has a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Toronto, Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, was the first in-house marketing executive at the Royal Victoria Hospital, a McGill University teaching hospital. She has more than 15 years of business experience in strategic marketing and market research in the consumer goods and health care fields. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Rafael, California, the first program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and enrolled in CTI's Leadership Program. Annie is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials within ICF.

Independent and intensely curious, Annie added a unique element to her training when she decided to live for 7 years in the Himalayan Mountains of India to get her Instructor Certification in Vedant Philosophy and the Theory and Practice of Meditation. Upon her return to North America, always interested in the field of natural health, she found herself drawn towards developing her intuitive healing skills. She was mentored for 6 years in spiritual healing.

Annie has been a coach since 1998 and has accumulated more than 2000 coaching hours. Her clients are professionals who want to live an authentic life at work so that their personal and professional lives are completely aligned. Annie brings a contagious passion for life to her clients. She believes that stress happens when there is fundamental disconnect between who you really are and what you show the world. Much of her work is to assist her clients in uncovering their unique purpose and gifts, supporting their journey of self-discovery and making the quantum leap turning their dreams into reality.

A highly gifted intuitive healer, a registered reflexologist, a certified aromatherapist and reiki practitioner, as well as an instructor for the Ontario College of Reflexology (OCR), Annie started up the Centre For Life Essentials in 1998. Annie has also served as the Vice-Chair for the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario and as Vice-President of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists. In addition to helping her client's lead more abundant and fulfilling lives, Annie teaches at Trent University's Continuing Education Professional Development Program.
