Tina Aurelio

•         Tina Aurelio is the Co-owner of Holistic BodyWorx Inc. located in the heart of Mississauga. The Studio specializes in Pilates, Yoga, Wellness Services, and Holistic Education.

•         Tina is a Pilates and Integrated Movement Therapy Teacher. Tina has an active practice in various bodywork modalities including Reflexology, Prenatal, Integrated, and Healing Stone Massage. 

•         Tina is a facilitator for various positive thought and Spiritual Workshops held at Holistic BodyWorx.

•         Tina has a very eclectic corporate background from administrative positions at large multi- national Corporations, to starting and heading a new division in the high performance Automotive Industry. She also managed a large Plant in Food Services. She has now finally found her true home in the Wellness industry.

•         Tina’s turn in her career was fostered by her volunteer work with Women with H.I.V. and A.I.D.S. She found it to be a life altering experience. From that point she knew what would make up her life’s work.

•         Tina has another very significant part of her life; bringing up three very active preteen boys.

•         She keeps at peace through her practice of meditation, Yoga, and Chi Kung.

·         Certified Practitioner of  Prenatal/Postnatal Massage

·         Certified Pilates & IMT (Integrated Massage Therapy) Instructor

·         Reiki Level II Practitioner – Usui System
