• Promote your product to lifestyle wellness professionals and practitioners free of charge through Alexion and their cross support network.

• Promote directly to clients of Alexion through their online journal and discussion forums.

• Retain the clients with the contracting you currently use.  There is no change in the way you do business.

• Increase your clientele as quickly or as slowly as you can handle.

• There is no cost and no contracting with Alexion.  You enroll with them to help promote wellness to all Canadians.

The enrollment is required to receive the benefits but either you or Alexion can pull out if the program does not work for you.  Alexion asks for an adherence to the following before they would consider removing anyone from the network:

• Since Alexion and its staff will be promoting your product, they ask that you provide a minimum of your corporate discount to all LWAP registered clients.  If you do not have a corporate discount then a 20% discount would be required.  Remember that the discounts help the clients but also promotes your business.

• As Alexion lifestyle wellness teams assess and recommend programs for their clients, Alexion asks that you do not charge an initiation fee.  Alexion consultants will work with you and your facility to exchange information relevant to the well being of your clients.

• Provide up to date information about your business.  Any changes in pricing, discounts and general business information such as, hours of operation, temporary closings etc., should be sent to Alexion at least 30 days before the change is made, if possible.  You may also provide them with a schedule of classes and locations if you wish.  The Alexion consultants will work them into their referrals. • You must have up-to-date liability and corporate insurance coverage.  Alexion will ask you for an up-to-date copy of your required insurance to ensure their clients are protected.

• You must maintain your OCR membership in good standing.

• Treat the client with professionalism and respect.

This program is the preferred way for corporations to do business.  It provides them with advantages in overall costs, tax strategies and results.  OCR is taking a proactive approach to better business for its members.  Negotiations have resulted in the best possible scenario which all members should take advantage of.

To enroll, you simply go to www.alexion.ca/forms and download the “supplier enrollment form”.  Also available is the “LWRN supplier brochure”.  This explains in greater detail the program and how to fill out the enrollment form.

Once you fill it in and sign it you fax it back to 905-738-9241 or scan it to your computer and send it to info@alexion.ca .  Don’t forget to send as much information about your products and services as you can.  More information means more attention from the clients.
